Your Social is the next acquisition of Oxyma

An important step for Oxyma in the Netherlands and a stepping stone towards the Middle East.

Rotterdam, the Netherlands, June 16th 2016. Strategic creative social media agency Your Social joins Oxyma. With this, Oxyma is taking an important step in realizing its ambition of becoming Europe’s first truly integrated omni-channel marketing agency. Your Social is a full service agency with offices in Breda and Dubai. It currently employs 32 social media strategists, analysts, social media managers and creative professionals.

Oxyma took a 100% interest in Your Social. In turn, the entrepreneurs of Your Social invest in Oxyma. In addition to running their own business, they will play an active role in the realization of joint Oxyma objectives. For several years, Your Social has a successful branch in Dubai. Therefore, the acquisition immediately creates an excellent springboard for Oxyma to a new market area with enormous potential.

The expansion with Your Social fits into Oxyma’s buy & build strategy announced late last year. Earlier this year, digital marketing performance specialist Oogst joined forces with Oxyma and with the previous acquisition of mobile agency aFrogleap, in 2013, Oxyma now consists of four companies. They will continue to operate semi-autonomous and under its own brand name. At the same time, all companies contribute in the further development of integrated omni-channel services and will work together towards one joint Oxyma identity step-by-step.
