Nordian Capital acquires stake in Open Line

Nordian Capital has acquired a stake in Open Line, a specialist in designing, implementing and managing ICT infrastructures and cloud solutions. Over the last years Open Line has retained a leading position in the Dutch ICT-market. The high degree of client satisfaction has given the organization the trust to have a ambitious look at the future. Open Lines wants to become a truly national player while cultivating its strengths and growing in its core competencies.

Developments within the holding company above Open Line have enlarged the possibilities to accelerate growth. Investor Nordian Capital has acquired the stake of the investors of the first hour. Management and Nordian Capital will work together in the next growth chapter of Open Line.
